"We'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo. It's in a perfect location for exploring and had a great pool which was an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk into Negombo to the local restaurants and cafes and it was a perfect start to our holiday. The rooms were well kept and clean! Thank you!"

There were some miscommunications and after hours of search for the place (no signs) we ended up finding another dodgy hotel at 2:30am. "Nice place there. The owner of this place buddika is a very nice guy. Also we recommend him as a very good guide if you want to go to the wilpattu national park. He will organise everything for you with a fair value. We stayed there in his very nice cosy place with tents too. Overall it was a really nice trip with service at its best. Thank you buddika!"

"This place is really amazing. Location is close from airport (about 15 minutes), the rooms are clean and we had the best mattress for a good night rest. The restaurant is really good and have lots of variety but the things that makes it exceptional is the owner and all the staff who works there. We had so much help to plan our trip and everyone is so helpful and gentle. We recommend 200% and we will stay there again for sure. If we could give more than 5 starts we would do it. "

"AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "
