"Although the pool area and villa itself were lovely, the location was very average and we had difficulties with the owner. He was intrusive and rude, to the point where we were made to feel very uncomfortable. Such a shame as our experience could have been very different otherwise. I would suggest he give guests more space and not be so overbearing in terms of how they use the property and their expectation's on the guests. Questions over the use of the pool and air-conditioning felt abrasive...

"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "If you’re looking for a little hideaway, this quaint little Hotel is it! The location is perfect right on one of the most Beautiful stretches of beach in Naxos. I can’t praise the staff more! They were amongst the most hospitable people I have ever encountered in my life. So grateful for their hospitality. The property is out of the way, but a short walk gets you to the bus stop to take you to town for a very reasonable 2.5 euros. The beauty of it is they have a beach bar, a restaurant, a pool and horse back riding on the beach literally next door. The food in Naxos is incredible! Loved it loved it! "

"The location and layout of the house and grounds were a perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and recover. The beach and water is gorgeous. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Very easy and quick to communicate. Definitely recommend this stay. "

"We had a wonderful 3 day stay on this family owned resort. The resort is immaculate, as are the rooms. New, freshly painted, pristine. The grounds are very well maintained, with beautiful flowering shrubs, roses and olive trees. The bar and restaurant on the property is very nice and the service is excellent. The complimentary breakfast is freshly prepared for you from your selection on their morning menu. The spectacular beach is right there with lounging cabanas and bar/food service. Highly recommend Ammothines Beachfront on beautiful Plaka beach, Naxos Greece."

"This was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. One of the best places we have stayed. Amazing views from the entire property and the rooms and balcony. Staff were great and very informative. Gave us a lot of great suggestions for the island and other islands as well. I would advise anyone coming to this island or Mykonos to have a rental car for this area or an ATV or you could be walking a ways. Taxis are not cheap on the island. Would have also been nice to get more coffee pods as there are no coffee shops close by and we only received 2 pods. We received an arrival gift basket and a gift when leaving as well. Would highly recommend staying here."
