"Note there are several shelters and low income housing across the street; mid afternoon and evening is not a good time to walk around neighbourhood and feel safe. Drive wherever you need even if a few blocks. (Not the hotels fault just the general area). Hotel overall was great as expected from a Holiday Inn."

"This is a fantastic place to stay. Staff were polite on entry, the room felt clean and homely and was equipped with everything that you require, and the location is only a 15 minutes walk from the centre. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I return to Ottawa in future."

"Property was very prompt in responding to questions prior to check-in and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Team member on Monday night provided a couple of excellent restaurant recommendations and shared a list of other restaurants in the area. The storage lockers for luggage that remain accessible after checkout were a great bonus since I had meetings all day amd my train didn't keave until 6 so this saved me lugging my suitcase to meetings. This was my 4th stay at a Sonder and definitely my favourite so far."
