"This is a lovely apartment with a gorgeous view of the sea. It is comfortable, quiet, and feels very safe. The taxi will take you from the ferry dock to the apartment for 10 euros. The roads are safe to walk and bike. There are beaches in easy walking distance. Plan to shop for groceries at the supermarket in the main town and phone a taxi to take you back, though, because it is too far to walk with a week's worth of food/drink. "Beautiful stone house easily slept the 5 in our family. Calming and peaceful for the most part, but the dog next door would bark until 1am every night, which was frustrating. All the contact with the John was quick and pleasant, but everything was in Greek. (Yes, I know…it’s in Greece.) But all of the house rules, instructions, etc., were all in Greek, which made things difficult for us, as I am the only member of my family who knows a little Greek.
