"It wasn’t what we hoped for. I tried twice to message the app to ask a week before, but I got no response. I I thought about canceling and I should have. I was celebrating a birthday and I was looking for something close to the center of Zacatlan so that we could easily walk there, even if a little far away. Un the information it says it is about a 7 min ride to the center. It is not. It is T least 15-20 minutes and a very rough road for most of it. We arrived late at night and we’re given a ride there from the bus station. They couldn’t accept credit card because of the time. The lobby looked like a bar and had an unpleasant odor. Also, upon arrival the internet did not work. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was a good size, though. Our first morning we went to find out about ordering breakfast fast and we could not find anyone. When we wanted to return to the hotel we called for more information and we’re thinking about requesting a ride, but we could not get through. We finally ended up getting a taxi there. The second morning we were able to order breakfast, but they were very busy, so the service was slow. Most of the breakfast was good, though. I would only recommend this if you want to gr away. There is a lovely view and some of the buildings have some character (could be made into a very nice place). However, the price was the same as what we were quoted at some hotels in the center of town and supposedly this was a discount in app."

"It's an amazing place to stay at Cuetzalan. You have a full view of the town and only 25 minutes walk or 8 minutes driving. The food at the hotel is delicious."

"The Casona is a nice hotel. The room siz is acceptable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The price is too high for what you get. Hotels.con says the distance from Cuetzalan is 4.6 miles. No it is 16 miles an transportation is very limited to go in and out. The Casona is located in the town of Jonotla, Puebla which is a very nice town if you want to "disconect""

"I appreciated my stay at Oyo hotel with very nice staff and clean room. The little green space behind is refreshing. Breakfast limited but they can support your request. Just at 10-15mn by walking to center of village. Little inconvenience could be some noise from the road if loudly. Overall good for price paid "

"En general es hotel está muy lindo, su staff sumamente amable, el restaurante muy rico, muy bien mantenidas sus instalaciones, me encantaron las jardineras del patio e incluso cuenta con una terraza interior muy acogedora perfecta para leer o para checar el teléfono mientras disfrutas del clima, sin embargo, no le di 5 estrellas debido a que por la noche al estar en el centro histórico el cuarto es sumamente ruidoso más aún cuando ya quieres descansar el ruido de los autos, motos y la gente caminando es molesto dado que las ventanas dan a una de las calles del Zócalo, por lo menos en la habitación que yo me quedé, hay otras que no dan a la calle quizás sean una mejor opción o que pensaran en colocarles ventanas de doble cristal, considero que así se acabaría con dicho problema.
