"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. "The hotel is badly run. People there have no idea how to manage staff or handle difficult situations. We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor. "We stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. The hotel was clean with all basic needs and the staff was kind, friendly and did everything she could to meet our needs. A delicious complete breakfast was included in the price, with eggs, fruit and vegetables, yogurts and more. Though spacious. the room was lacking a kettle to make coffee/tea and we could not find a way to turn up the heat. Also, the walls were thin so we could hear everything around us."

"Super friendly and welcoming staff... particularly Natalie at reception. Breakfast spread was quite diverse, delicious and satisfying. Our son is a professional volleyball player for Dukla Liberec, and the arena was very convenient to get to... thanks for the wonderful stay!"

"Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying. "
