"As promised, this was a classic basic bach. Sun all day on the deck. The wifi worked so I could access online tools for study. Appreciated the mosquito net over the comfortable bed. Short walk to the cafe, short drive to wonderful waterfall walk. The host was onsite and very accomodating. "

"We stayed at the cottage for a family wedding. It was the perfect place for us to stay due to the location, and it’s size. The cottage had everything we needed in a peaceful location."

"This property and the hosts are phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better experience or a more comfortable cottage. It’s even nicer than the pictures! The neighborhood was quiet and the cottage had everything we needed to enjoy travels to New Zealand. We traveled from the States and found the location to be perfect for day trips to the city, Hamilton, Raglan, Waitomo (glow worm caves), Hobbiton, and surrounding areas. We highly recommend! "

"Lovely little cottage on a lifestyle block. Kitchen well appointed with everything you need for cooking meals. Modern stovetop and oven an added bonus. Loved the decor and the deck protected you from the summer sun.Rod would periodically check in to see if we needed anything, like extra towels. "Location was excellent, close to motorway, bus station, shopping centre, food outlets and supermarkets. Property was very well used and in need of some TLC, bedrooms were very small, the bathroom was ok, and the living area was good. A few cracked floor tiles in the bathroom and 1in the living area. Price reflects the accommodation and if you expect the Ritz, you'll be disappointed. Overall value for money. "
