"I have been coming to this hotel every year. I have always had a good experience. Location is the best. Breakfast is good but it can be improved. Both the receptionist are good , responsive and excellent service. "

"I recently stayed at King Jada Hotel in Dar Es Salaam and I must say, the location and hotel rooms are absolutely perfect. However, I did encounter an unfortunate incident with one staff member (Jackie) who was quite rude and unprofessional. It was a disappointment and did affect my overall experience. Despite this, the rest of the staff were courteous and helpful. I believe with a bit more training and focus on customer service, this hotel could truly excel. I hope they take this feedback...
