"We loved the property but thought we should mention that this property is managed by another company so contacting them wasn’t simple. There was little to no information provided except lock box code. Piha had the most mosquitos on our whole trip so sleeping with windows open to keep the place cool was troublesome. However the property was beautiful as was the location. Getting in and out of the driveway was also interesting especially if you have a larger vehicle. "

Even our small foxy fell down while going down and coming up these stairs and refused to use the stairs. No communication made with manager. "The property is new, well equipped, comfortable, with great views of the basin and big skies. There is good wifi. The area is residential but just 5 mins away there's a great bus service into the city centre (20mins) and to the nearby beach [10mins]. Parking is available but we used public transport to explore Auckland and the coast. "

"We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. The home was very comfortable and the beds were comfy too. I have stayed in lots of places and this was best sleep I have had. Great kitchen too and air-conditioning was lovely."

"Great property and stay, area was okay, nice cafe down the street. Unfortunately the towels all smelled very mildewy and property manager would not provide others as they say they were brand new- either way they stank and it would’ve been nice to have them washed or provided others that were washed."
