"Africa Strike Lodge is a delight - very, very clean, helpful and friendly staff, good food, crystal clear swimming pool, and they gladly arrange bird watching or fishing in their own boats, with reliable guides, all for a very reasonable price. "This was a rustic lodge on an island off the coast from Missirah. Despite challenges finding the boat launch and getting the pirogue to take us to the lodge, we had a good stay. The hostess, Kiki, was warm and inviting. The property felt a bit tired (I think many properties in rural Senegal have this from the lack of tourists during the pandemic restrictions), the place had a number of activities to try.
