"Our family (3 adults, 1 teen) spent a lovely chill Christmas week at this quirky and beautiful property which looks as though it has been built and decorated through a labour of love over many years. Colourful and delightful everywhere inside. Plenty of comfy spots to stretch out with a book or board game in the house, deck, lawn or patio. "Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!"

"The view was exactly what we wanted however the property left a lot to be desired. It needed a good clean inside and out, there were crumbs on the floor on our arrival, the counters and table top were sticky/greasy, the oven was disgusting, the dish cloth was rank and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a good long while. The outdoor furniture was dirty and covered in cobwebs not something easily cleaned off."
