A "peace" of Paradise! Remodeled with Fabulous Views!

The condo is located in the beautiful Kapalua Golf Villas on the northwest side of Maui. This newly updated 2 bedroom condo is our home away from home. Although the condo can sleep 6, (with a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room) this condo is excellent for two couples (or a family of 4) as it has two private master suites with Cal King beds in each. Each bedroom is separate and private from the other, with its own bath and shower. Please note: There is an additional fee of $30 per night per guest above four. For stays longer than 21 days (3 weeks) an interim clean is also required during the middle of your stay for an additional fee of $300.00

There are approximately 20 steps that lead down to the front door of our unit, from the parking area. The complex is built on the side of a hill so most units are either up 20 steps (the "V" Veranda units) or down 20 steps (the "P" Patio units) and some are "T" Terrace units with 0-2 steps to the front door. Only the Patio units are on the ground floor and accessible to the lawn. Our condo is a Patio unit and is also located on the upper level of the complex, which has the BEST ocean views. There are 4 pools on the property (Pool A, B, C, & D) .

The kitchen has been remodeled and extended to full size with all-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and travertine floors. It has all the amenities to provide a home-cooked meal. Staple items such as spices are available for your use and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you may need. There is 1380 sq. ft. living space with 3 flat-screen TVs (living room tv with apps) and free internet access.

The living room, dining room, and guest bedroom open directly to a lanai overlooking spectacular views of the ocean, Molokai, and Lanai islands, and leads out to the lawn. The lanai is the perfect place to sit, relax, drink your morning coffee or enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. Sunsets can be viewed clearly from the comfortable sofa in the living room or outside on the lanai.

There are activities almost too numerous to mention in this beautiful setting. If you enjoy taking long walks in nature, the village walking trails are only minutes away, offering six walking trails from easy to difficult.

For avid golfers, The Plantation Course is a must (home of the Sentry Tournament of Champions), and the Kapalua Bay Course. Kapalua Adventure Center offers Kapalua Ziplining and gives you the ability to fly across gulches on the West Maui mountains. Other nearby activities include tennis at the Kapalua Tennis Gardens; snorkeling, diving, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, or just "laying out" at several of the best beaches in the world; Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Honolua Bay, D.T. Fleming, and Ironwoods Beach. After an energizing day of play, you can wind down at several of the finest restaurants in the area: Taverna, The Plantation House, Sansei, Merriman's, the Sea House Restaurant, and The Pourhouse Italian Restaurant and Bar---to mention only a few. Several restaurants are within walking distance and the rest are only minutes driving. If you need some pampering, the ultimate relaxing and beauty experience awaits you at the Spa Montage, offering massages, and full salon services in the most spectacular setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean and view of the island of Lanai. The Spa Montage also has a complete fitness center with a hot tub and swimming pool available for a daily fee. If you like to shop, a short 12-minute drive will take you to Whaler's Village Shopping Senter. There you can shop for souvenirs at locally owned stores or for more upscale fashion visit the high-end designer shops. The Outlets of Maui also has many shops located in Lahaina on Front Street and there you can find the famous Hilo Hatties.
