"Is like a hotel-museum, beautiful, big enough and with multiple activities to do. It has an internal transportation train that runs so slowly but at the same time very useful. Near the hotel you can find an shooing area where can find mire affordable food (inside the hotel Is expensive) the hotel also have a shuttle to get people there (if you don’t want to walk) and you pay 5 dollars for it. "

"What a wonderful place to stay! The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. The accommodation features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with free parking. There’s a KTA supermarket and several restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. We highly recommend it!!!"

"This is a beautiful property. The Ocean Tower is on the far end of the property, but it's an easy walk from the lobby. You have to park on the other end of the property, but they are happy to send your luggage to your room for you. Some people mention the slow shuttle- the property has a monorail system that goes from one end of it to the other. Yes, it is slow and you do have to wait for it for 10 to 15 minutes sometimes, but you can easily walk if that's too inconvenient for you. The walkway is filled with art and artifact replicas- it is like a little museum while you walk. The pool is fabulous- the lagoon has manta rays and sea turtles in it- you can swim right with them. I would definitely stay here again and in this area of the property because it's cheaper. Parking is $48/day though"

"The staff were incredible - so friendly and helpful. This was my first time ever staying in a resort like this but they explained everything well and were really attentive. It’s a beautiful property. The dining options felt a little limited when I was there because one of the two restaurants that serve food beyond breakfast was closed and there isn’t much around, although I had a rental car and was able to travel. Also, the resort fee and what it allegedly pays for is disappointing - although I don’t think that’s all on this one property since it’s become standard practice. But for example, they said the resort fee paid for the tote bag and water bottle you receive along with the juice and cold towel and some other items that were just kinda basic. The resort fee isn’t optional but also saying it’s paying for the things that are the least enticing about the stay doesn’t make it easier to pay. "
