"Great place. Everything we needed including beach towels and coolers and umbrellas. The staff was very accommodating. Parking spot was tiny and inaccessible, but others were empty so we used them. We had two centipedes and some flying cockroaches visit us, but that wasn’t about cleanliness, just the reality of the area. Would return!"

"We loved our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and instructions for everything were clear. The unit was well laid out for everyone in our group to have their own space/bathroom. The AC worked well. We appreciated all the beach supplies from beach chairs to beach towels to a cooler. The only thing we felt was missing was a drying rack for wet towels & bathing suits after a day at the beach (as these items aren’t allowed to be hung from the lanai...

"We spent 7 nights and this was our third stay at Vista Waikoloa but first time at this particular property. Monica was a responsive host and worked to make our stay pleasant, especially when we found the lanai and all windows and doors taped up for painting on our arrival (through no fault of the host). The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a view of the pool and the ocean. Saltwater lap pool is a big draw for this complex, but it seemed to have a little too much chemical this...

"Really unique secluded log cabin in the rainforest. We enjoyed a sunrise walk out to Waipi'o overlook and walking around the gulch trails on property. The Owl theme and art was incredible. Frogs are loud but the host leaves ear plugs which is really thoughtful. Totally recommend starting here. Mahalo!"
