"The staff here was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport, but it is overall a great area to stay in. The restaurant is amazing and so are the amenities (like the spa and pool). It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. "

"Best Easter Weekend ever! We booked the family room (Kifaru) for 3 adults with 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms for 2 nights, which included breakfast with the lions and entrance to the safari park. We attended breakfast right when they opened at 7am due to jet lag and everything was fresh with so many options: both western and eastern cuisines, made to order eggs, pancakes one morning and waffles the next morning, juice bar, fruits, salads, and I even met their head chef…he was eager to talk to me when I told him that I’m a personal chef. Coffee is included except specialty items like mimosas, cappuccinos and lattes but reasonably priced Our room was near the spa/pool. Pool was great with a swim up bar and zebras, wildebeests and rhino are right in front of us. We brought carrots they left for us in our room to get them to come closer. Staff is so nice, helpful, and always eager to assist us with anything. We were so lucky to be able to book breakfast with giraffes, which can only be done at check in at an extra cost and only one guest/family can book each morning (weather permitting). We also booked the night safari package with buffet dinner and fire show…loved this experience too! If you love animals definitely book this place! Better than Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge!"

"Cet hotel est un oasis dans la ville. Une fois entrées dans l'établissement, le calme nous a entouré alors que la rue est animée ! La forêt des singes, le palais royal ainsi que le marché sont accessibles à pieds. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Le personnel est au petit soin, comme partout d'ailleurs !! Je retournerai certainement dans cet hotel lors de mon prochain séjour à Bali."

"An Unforgettable Escape Amidst Rice Paddies This property was nothing short of amazing! Its stunning location nestled within the rice fields provided a truly tranquil and picturesque backdrop. The resort facilities were outstanding, and the range of activities on offer was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the wonderful dance show, the adventurous waterfall cycle ride, and the incredibly relaxing spa facilities. The daily shuttle to Ubud was, as always, a great convenience. The food from the restaurant was simply incredible, a real culinary highlight. However, what truly elevated this stay to the next level was the staff. Their attentiveness was exceptional, and their genuine warmth and care really made my experience memorable. I can't recommend this resort highly enough for a truly special and unforgettable getaway."

"This property is BEAUTIFUL along with the services. I can honestly say that Benny from transportation, ETA from the Spa, I can’t remember all of the staff names because it’s too many to name. Everyone was so welcoming from the beginning to the end. The food was AMAZING! The only thing that wasn’t offered was the VIP room upgrade and I only believe that every hotel will mention that the free upgrade isn’t available only because they rather keep those rooms open to receive revenue other than giving it away. Which is ok, the room we had was still nice, on my next trip to this location, I’ll just book that “ Free upgrade room” 😊 The Floating breakfast was really really nice! Thanks to the crew that put that together! I also, enjoyed the birthday song with the cake! Thanks for coming up to the room and singing happy birthday to her, this really made her happy along with myself🤗 I truly want to thank the Entire Hotel Ning Resort crew for the WONDERFUL experience and for that I WILL be returning with the rest of my family next year.
