"Stay was pretty good but we had a smell in our room they did offer to move us but only had room was on first floor we declined it but the next day when we returned to our room after 11:00 our keys would not work clerk at front desk told us they didn’t do anything but our room had got changed tried to explain what happened which was the same clerk from the night before but she wouldn’t listen. At least she fixed our keys so we could get back in to room scary thing is she didn’t even ask for our...

"Our King room was clean and fairly quiet. The staff was excellent; very friendly and helpful. We did not use their restaurant or pool so cannot offer a review. The only downside came on the weekend when families moved in and the children ran wild in the hallways. My husband was unable to use the business room computers as it was filled with children using the computers and the lobby was filled with children playing. Not the hotels doing but the parents not using common sense."
