"This Holiday Inn was conveniently located and easy to get to. The fellow at the front desk, Cesar, was extremely pleasant and professional and accommodating. The beds were out-of-this-world comfortable, the room was quiet, HVAC functioned well, everything nice and clean. My only criticism of the room was that the furniture was getting a little shabby and would be a good candidate for an upgrade. On a side note, there was a heavy growth of poison ivy near the parking lot, but it's unclear if it's on the hotel's property or the neighbor's."

"Booked the king room with the giant Jacuzzi tub. Room was very clean. Had a hiccup with the plug not being attached but was able to get it in after a few attempts. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and responsive, as was the management via text message. Both check-in and checkout was smooth. No issues. Great location. Easy to get to restaurants, UNCC and entertainment. "

"The new owner gave me a renovated room that had not been used yet. It was amazing! It was appointed with a new king size bed, new linens, new curtains, and new towels. The tub surround and new shower curtain were pristine. The new shower head had options for water flow and had great water pressure. The new mattress was so comfortable and had four pillows for personalized comfort. The new counter and sink with storage cabinets in the room is genius! It more than doubled the useful space in the room. I will definitely look for this hotel next time I'm in the area."
