"Overall this pod hotel was great, however the lounge space was smaller than the pictures portrayed and the furniture could use some love. The pods themselves are spacious and comfortable, although the bottom row gets a lot of light coming in from the lighted pathway. Would recommend a face mask and ear plugs for those staying. "名古屋出張の時はここに決めてます。サウナはドライタイプとセルフロウリュタイプに別れどちらも素敵ですが、個人的には森のサウナと呼ばれるセルフロウリュタイプが好みです。中は薄暗く灯りが調整され、ヴィヒタをつけた水を温められた石にかけることで、ヴィヒタのいい香りが充満し、リラックスできます。ラップランド水風呂は気温マイナス25度、水温0℃に調整され、サウナで拡張した、血管がキュッとひきしめられほんとにととのいすぎます。 1時間に1回程度実施されるアウフグースさーも他の施設のようにうるさいタイプではなく、静かに行っていただけます。"

"The room was perfect for big families, my kids had lots of fun with the numerous safari themed soft toys in the room. The hotel is also within walking distance to a convenience shop (Lawson), restaurants and the Osu Shopping Street! The staff were very welcoming and helpful as well, thank you to the team at Goldstay Nagoya Osu!"

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."
