If you are looking for a couple of nights away to enjoy some peace and quiet, or if you are joining some friends for a golfing weekend, look no further than Villa 27. It is ideally located with easy access to the golf club, and the village of Kangaroo Valley with restaurants, cafes and shopping is just a few minutes’ drive away.

Strictly no parties at this property - please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Where will I be?

Villa 27 is located at the Kangaroo Valley Golf Course. It is a 5 minute drive into the heart of Kangaroo Valley Village.

Why choose Villa 27?

Villa 27 is in a prime location for golf enthusiasts, with easy access to the Kangaroo Valley golf course. Even if golf is not your thing, you will be comfortable in this well equipped villa with beautiful views of the Kangaroo Valley escarpment.

How is the property laid out?

Villa 27 is perfectly sized for 2 people. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a recently renovated bathroom and a lounge room with TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a full oven, toaster, kettle and microwave.

Note that the property has tank water only that is not potable. Drinking water is provided to guests.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?

This particular property does not offer WiFi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it's best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free WiFi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide WiFi at their property, but this is still work in progress!

What about outdoors?

Villa 27 has a great front deck that overlooks the golf course. It is the perfect place to sit back and relax!

Staying warm or keeping cool?

There is reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort. There is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Villa 27 supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.

Parking for cars, etc?

Villa 27 has open air parking for 1 car.

We do whatever we can to keep the property safe, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. You must book the property knowing that the possibility of encountering wildlife exists, and you must take care during your visit if walking around the property - please.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Beautiful situation. The lock box was difficult to get into as it is very high on the wall and I'm short. The door lock is dicky and the tap over the kitchen sink is leaking. The bedroom was lovely.

Wedding Prep Retreat
It was a beautiful spot to base ourselves in the lead-up for our wedding. I was a little surprised how close the other cabins were to ours but from the balcony you feel secluded. Lovely little cottage and would happily stay there again.

Weekend getaway
Clean and comfortable property, was exactly as shown and described when booking, easy check in with lock box for key, would love to have stayed another couple of nights. Nice having a wine and watching the sunset on the balcony. Thank you for a really nice and relaxing first time experience down in Kangaroo Valley.

Lovely spot. Charming little cabin. Great bed and shower. Generally well equipped. Kitchen supplies could be improved with the addition of gladwrap, paper towel, kitchen scissors and more than one tea towel!! Also owners need to update manual.. .. directions for recycling etc out of date.

A decently clean cottage with an amazing view. Neighbours were friendly and always greet you with a friendly “Hello”. A decent distance from the main villiage. Overall, a very relaxing experience.

Stunning Views and Cosy Cabin
Homely cabin with lovely facilities and amazing view. Appreciated the updated bathroom and quality bed linen. Towels were on the small side for a three day stay, and the wardrobe and cupboards were full of spare dooners and bed linen, and furniture was stored behind the bedroom door.... so we had to move stuff to on top of the wardrobe to hang our wedding outfits up. The bin lid wouldn't close and the cooker clock flashed day and night. The verandah could have done with a clean, and I would have appreciated some fresh milk for tea when we arrived. However, the overall location and cabin facilities were very welcoming and cosy. Finally, and unfortunately for us, our rental neighbors, a large group of male golfers, partied loudly til 2am on the Saturday night. This we appreciate is beyond anyone's control at the time. But very disappointing for the peaceful and beautiful location, and not what we would have expected on a Golf Club location.

We loved all the bird life, the beautiful golf course with a few putters about enjoying a game. We dined at the Jing Jo and the Woolshed and had brunch at the General Store. All served delicious food and friendly staff. Would recommend the walk up Drawing Rocks with amazing views to the sea. This was a surprise weekend so next time we can bring golf caddy, tennis rackets and volley ball to make use of the wonderful facilities.!! Certainly a memorable stay to celebrate our 50th Anniversary.

The property was immaculate and furnished with quality products. Very cozy and secluded from busy city life, perfect for those who simply want to rest and slow down for a bit. Amazing views from villa were quite serene to enjoy early in mornings and evenings especially .
