"Well appointed house in quiet leafy street with good size parking space. Very comfy bed, nice touch to have Xmas lights on when we arrived, and night lights well spaced throughout house. Lovely back room with full length windows. Would have liked a clothes horse for hanging washed clothes on, and maybe Scrabble, cards or board games handy, but apart from that, everything we needed.Would definitely stay again, thank you."

"3 generations of our family gathered at the Bay Beach House for a 5 day Pre Christmas holiday. We had a fabulous time. The beach setting was perfection; watching the glorious sunset at the end of each day as well as swimming, running and exploring the local area. It was also good to be at the quieter end of the beach.The home is well equipped with top level appliances and beautifully decorated. It also has a very well stocked kitchen and generous space. "The house was amazing with so many extras in the house that most places do not supply. It was one of the best places we have stayed at over the last 5 years. Plenty of room, quiet and fantastic communications.The house was perfect for us to ride each day into Glenelg, go swimming, breakfast at Brighton, to Henley beach or along the pathways into the city. Can even catch the tram if the weather turns out to hot. "

"Lovely property and well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, lawn was not mown and there was someone else's dog droppings for us to pick up. Some of the bed covers were not clean. Liquid hand soap in upstairs bathroom had been refilled with water and was ineffective. General surface and floor cleaning was good and no dog hair inside. Would have been nice to have some dog bags or small scoop on hand. But overall, a comfortable stay."
