"They really should change the carpeting in room 300, the desk table had some real rickety legs on it Old coffee stains on the crooked thermostat that is not in order anymore. You have to operate the heat and air from the unit itself. Donovan at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had hot water and a comfortable bed. It's just when you see that carpeting with that many stains on it, you wonder how clean the rest of the room is !!! My number is 715-299-8148 if the staff or choice hotels has any questions "

I also had a few interactions with the staff over the phone, and I greatly appreciate their kindness and patience in helping her out."
