From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. Even with new tech for checking in I’ve never seen before. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with nice-quality toiletries. The attention to detail in both the room and throughout the hotel really made a difference. Also first time trying an Air Fryer microwave, pretty cool. Overall, my experience at Red Roof was nothing short of outstanding. "Stayed here for easy close access to NIU convocation center for a cheer competition. Our room was ready when we arrived, parking was easy, plenty of food choices near by. Everything was clean. We didn’t make time for breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Bed was comfortable enough and everything in the room worked well. Seems the hotel is newer or recently had been renovated, everything looked and smelled new "
