"Fantastic stay at Marvel Hills. Sarath is the perfect host, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast offerings were plentiful both traditional and western. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Sarath organised a TukTuk for us for a day with a friendly local. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning. "

We needed to extend our stay on our day of check out after being hospitalised in kandy. "The hotel is perfectly placed to walk to the temple, lake and market. A 20 min walk of brief tuk tuk ride from the station. Reasonably comfortable bed with a private en-suite. The only issue was that one wall of the room is a floor to ceiling window that looks onto the hallway and lets in light from the hall until it is switched off around 11pm.
