"We had a suite which was great. Strange to have a dining table instead of proper seating area. If this was changed it would have been even greater. Dinner was OK but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was better. Dining area felt a bit like a school dinner hall. The staff were very helpful. Can get a bit noisy when the wind blows from the east. Rattles the large glass doors. Apart from that we would come back. The pool is good but loungers are limited. Gets busy about 4pm. "

"This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. The food was excellent with good choices for both breakfast and dinner. I would truly recommend this bungalow if you are ever going to Kandy. "

"The team at W15 deserves a big compliment for making our stay a memorable one. The team, especially our butler Mr Silva, went above the ordinary course of business, to make us feel comfortable as well as relaxed. Sadly the weather was not helping us much. "We had the most wonderful stay at the Coffee Bungalow. The building, which has been beautifully restored and appointed, sits in arguably the best location above Kandy and the warm and elegant hospitality was memorable. We cannot recommend more highly! I was shocked to see a negative review in my name which most definitely did not come from me. Beware of hacks. "

"The Summit was absolutely outstanding. Pradeep and the rest of the staff were welcoming and bent over backwards to make our stay exceptional, and the property itself is simply one of a kind. It can be slightly challenging to find a Pick Me ride willing to go up the mountain, but there again the staff had us covered and arranged a tuk driver in under 10 mins. My only complaint is I only booked one night and didn’t stay longer. If you're visiting Kandy, but want a peaceful place to retreat and overlook the city at night, do yourself a favore and visit The Summit, I know I will be back."
