"Can't say enough good things about this resort! The staff is truly magnificent, the peace and solitude is wonderful, and the views, food, and activites will keep you impressed day after day. It is a bit far from everything, so if you go, plan on spending most of your time there (we didn't leave for 3 days and had plenty to keep us occupied). They do have tours they can arrange that will take you to hikes, tea plantatikns, etc., but it will be a full day outting. But seriously, the best part is...

"Its a property about 7 km away from town. Its a beautifully built property . As i understand it has 6 rooms, and a pool table in the loft. Great staff. There is no lift but its not an issue. There are small things they need to see to. Like salt and pepper shakers ( rather than sticking your fingers into the salt/pepper jar. ) there are no tissues in the room/bathroom. No hand washers - but lovely towels. The scenery from the small restaurant is amazing. This is place i may stay at again"

"A charming boutique hotel in Nuwara Eliya! My family and I had a great stay here, the hospitality was second to none. From the welcome cup of tea to the morning breakfasts and games for the children, the colonial style was fantastic and made for a very welcome stay. The beds were conformable, the deluxe room had a lot of space and all the amenities you needed were provided. Highly recommended."

"Property is located pretty close to Nine Arch bridge and Ella Rock. They had a professional staff who greeted us with a nice Sri Lankan smile. Everything is clean and well maintained according to American standards. My wife and I really enjoyed the stay and we will be definitely visiting back with our other American friends in the upcoming summer breaks! "
