"Appreciated the location of the apt, washing/dryer combo (and laundry detergent avail) with sufficient beds. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace sofa (old and worn, not comfortable) and to clean washer/Dryer with vinegar and baking soda to eliminate the foul smell emanating from it. Great location!"

"This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all."

"Booked Ozone on 30th April but upon arrival, we were told that our room were given to other guests! The Indian speaking man told me to get my refund from Hotel.com. Ozone is not recommended at all for booking as its not a reliable hotel to stay in. Hotel.com should not have any dealing with Ozone as its reputation will be ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the Apartment management. This is a bad experience!!!"

"Firstly, there is no front desk at this hotel. When we arrived the driver gave us a key, told us where to go and left. We were left to carry all our luggage and sleeping baby ourselves. There was no hot water on arrival. There was a note explaining to turn the hot water heater on. I turned it on and 5 hours later the water was warm at best. "Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby.
