"The people at the reception desk were so kind and hospitable. The shower's were chilly even though they have a water heater switch (after the heat of the day, it really was not too bad). The breakfast was great as was their rooftop pool, although, be warned, there are no stairs only ladders for the pool. All in all the two room suite and the in room washer/dryer made up for it all despite the smell in our room on day one (we had to buy febreze to mask the odor)! "

Would have been nice to have More than 1 rather small towel per person i.e hand towel, face cloth… Take ear plugs if light sleeper- could hear noise from corridor & next door room. "

"We booked a 1 bedroom premier suite for 6 nights. Even though it was a bit dated the suite was very well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the size of the unit was great. Having the kitchen was very convenient, even though we only used it for our breakfast and a few of our lunches. The hotel is in easy walking distance to Restaurants and the Pavilion Shopping Mall. The staff were very helpful. Would stay there again."

"I book Signature bedroom view is amazing. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning is good. The view from the pool when sunset is very panoramic. Location is near to Abdullah Hukum LRT and KTM make our tour easy to go other attractions in kl. Also walkable to Midvalley and kl eco city. The property its self have breakfast serviced that can send to our room at the morning. Everything was good here.😍"

"Good experience. Checking in was super smooth.good room. The corridors are dirty which supposed to be taken care of the building maintenance people which not from the Five Sense parties. Need to address to the buiding management."

"Shower was still pretty grimy, especially in the corners, when the water would build up because the sink was a little clogged it felt pretty disgusting. No extra toilet paper provided. Wifi bad even for hotel wifi. Also no password or security on it at all."

When we checked abt the hot pool, they have us wrong timing. We planned n rushed back to the homestay to go swimming..only to realise it was closed. We called back to check on the timing and the person said sorry. He forgot."
