"The property was as described and was roomy and comfortable. Owner was responsive. We were surprised when booking the property that we either had to buy insurance or provide a large potentially refundable deposit. Don't recall seeing anything about this in the property details. It would have been helpful to know about this ahead of time."

"Great place to stay to explore the surrounding areas. We were able to travel to both Zion and Bryce National Parks and even managed a trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Loved the view from the back deck. Even though it is a townhouse in the middle of town, it was very quiet and peaceful."

"Everything was great. A very comfortable and clean townhome with 2 master bedrooms, perfect for two couples. Right next to the shuttle stop, 5-7 min shuttle ride to the park. Many restaurants within walking distance, and a grocery store virtually across the street. The hosts were super helpful and answered all questions immediately. I definitely recommend this rental "

"This property was simply amazing. The location was perfectly situated near the center of town and we were able to do hikes near kanab, Bryce, and Zion. (Side note Buckskin Gulch and Edmaier’s Secret is a fabulous hike!). Things that were amazing about the house: 1. Private hot tub in the back! Note that it takes a while (Hours) to heat up to hot tub temp. 2. The mattresses are ridiculously comfy memory foam 3. Everything was so clean! 4. "We had a large group of all ages and this house was absolutely perfect. There is so much to see and do in Kanab but we could have stayed at the house the entire time and been perfectly entertained. The kids loved playing in the backyard and the playroom upstairs.The adults enjoyed the jacuzzi, large kitchen, ping pong/pool, etc. I would highly recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be back. "
