"Our family was comprised of myself, my husband, my father, our son - Age 10 and two fur babies. This home was everything we could have dreamed of and more. I remember reading someone else's comment saying "Don't think about this one, JUST BOOK IT!", and I am so glad I listened. This home has something for everyone and was in such a wonderful setting. We DO recommend a four wheel drive (we had a Suburban Premier with 4WD high and low and it did amazing) - but anything non - 4WD - you're risking not being able to get up into the driveway up top. NO WORRIES if you do not have a 4WD, because there is parking at the bottom, but you'll need to trek your stuff up the stairs and when it's icy, it'll be quite a show for those around you. We can't thank Michelle and Franz enough for their hospitality, kindness and warmth of this home. We will absolutely be back, and won't be renting anywhere else!"

"We booked this cabin as an early Christmas getaway with our son and his wife. We're from Vegas and really needed a peaceful retreat and some actual winter. The cabin provided the idyllic Christmas setting we were looking for. It had a very well supplied kitchen, a plethora of activities, beautiful views, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for everyone. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. She responded to all of my questions quickly and courteously. Overall, the experience was superb and we couldn't be happier with our stay. "

"Don't judge a book by it's cover! This place sure felt a little weird, pulling in after dark, but the room was comfortable and clean. The decor is exactly as advertised - my son thought it was the coolest room ever...I was just grateful for a clean place to sleep. "

"Communication was excellent from the host. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend which was in the low below teens at night so bringing extra firewood was a must. Space heaters throughout but the fireplace definitely helped. Overall a nice cabin, master bed was very comfortable."
