"cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious."

"The staff were friendly and service was prompt. The setbacks were the rate charged which did not correspond to the facilities. I booked a family room and it was not what I expected.
