"It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

"Its a dead town..nothing special. No one goes to islands. Hotel is totally rundown. Bed, bath and room is bad. Room grown with spider web, lizards nest and ants nest. Have not seen cockroach yet. "As a family with children aged 10 and 12, we absolutely loved this resort. The pool was invaluable to be able to have time for ourselves to relax as well as the children. Buffet was great and the manager was amazing. Our children loved watching the baby reef sharks swimming next to the jetty out the front of the resort.
