"The hotel is in need of a renovation. The first day we stayed we got food poisoning, there are no other dining options that looked enticing nearby so we were forced to eat all our meals at the hotel and it is the worst food I have eaten on this trip. The towels are old and rough, everything is dated and although the team are nice, it cannot make up for the experience. The kids room is dark and dingy, the table tennis rackets etc are falling apart, the hand soap dispensers are broken etc etc "

"I had a good stay here- it was comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was good and offered fun excursions and cheap massages. The shop onsite is handy for water and snacks. There is no cash machine on the island so make sure you bring enough. You are limited to taxis (60RM return journey anywhere) and boats (55RM) to leave the hotel. "Location and guest service were amazing. Staff is very friendly and approachable however the building itself requires some improvements like paintings, renovations and bathroom upgrade. There are loads of minor jobs that could be done in one day sp bungalows wpuld look much better. I would invest more money to create executive suits fpr higjer standards."
