"We have requested a nonsmoking room however they gave us a smoking room with strong smell. When we asked the property manager he said they don’t have any other room. My husband is allergic to smoke and he started to have difficulty breathing. We tried to lay down but the mattress, pillows, comforter, curtains everything had smoke smell. We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready. Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. "We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return. "

"My wife and I had an excellent 3 night stay at the Grand Hyatt KL. It is situated in the heart of KLCC with nearby access to KLCC park. We booked a Deluxe Room (Tower View). Our room 2409 was stunning with floor to ceiling windows giving a view of the Petronas Towers and the park with its nightly fountain light show. It was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. This was our first visit to KL and we were very pleased that we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt."

"Staff was very welcoming. We were celebrating our anniversary and really appreciated the nice touch with the balloons and towel decorations in the room, as well as the cake and card. Park Royal Collections is conveniently located in the bustling bukit bintang and close to the shops and food stores. Overall, would recommend this place."
