"We were a group of women celebrating our 40th birthday’s. From the moment we arrived, the staff for so kind and welcoming. The resort is beautifully located. The pool was amazing and the food and drinks were superb. We tried a bit of everything- from hiking the reserve, SUP pool yoga, beach volleyball, karaoke, waterslides, the day spa…we decided to upgrade our rooms for the last couple days and made use of the Ocean View Rooms which have a bath on the balcony. You have to ask the guy on the gate which way to go, then he has you do a semi check in there, which holds everyone else up trying to enter the property. After checking the room we decided not to stay, this hotel is definitely not a 4 star as advertised, more like a 2 star. Rooms are very run down.
