"From the time I arrived and was greeted by Alfio, who cheered me up and arranged activities, a bubble bath in my room, to dinning with Clifford, Peachy, and Aldridge at the Japanese restaurant. Food was extraordinary. Sharon who made the morning sunrise hike at the reserve unbelievable perfect. Dora and Hassini at the spa are amazing!!! Best hands ever!!! Melvin who arranged amazing tours on the resort. Ms. Fiona the GM of the resort who was gracious and kind and a perfect example and reflection of the staff’s heart and soul. This is definitely a piece of heaven and I was blessed to be surrounded by such an incredible place. My stay could not have been more special and perfect. "

"Please reconsider stay- horrible stay. The buildings could be so beautiful but they have left it to literally fall apart. We were apparently in the new/upgraded wing yet building fallong apart, dirty and water stopped working for period of time. Garbage left around for our three say stay in corridors and pool area and only half restaurants are open and those that are offer poor quality food. The breakfast utensils were on kleenex papers and the Chinese restaurant smelled like smoke with stained table clothes and chairs. The beach and ocean is only redeeming factor but not worth the stay. I would say 2 star hotel rating. Consider rebooking elsewhere. "

"View was lovely from the balcony! Unfortunately the restaurant was too far for my Mom, who is in her 80s and can’t walk very well. So we packed dinner to eat in the room. Amenities are sufficient."

"The hotel is old and requires an upgrade. I stayed at the beach front villa, it has a nice view though."
