"It is a BnB not a hotel. Have to contact agent on what’s app to get code and let yourself in, washing machine was in the middle of kitchen not connected. kitchen was not the cleanest. 6 dinning room chairs, 5 where broken. Bathroom seat broken lots of mould. Door locked behind us and needed code to get back in but got locked out for 20 minutes. We booked the room for the use of the pool but the pool was closed. Very disappointing. "

"Worth the money as 2 bed room for 2 nights can stay up to 5 people. Property condition was understandable not perfect but not that bad. Free parking (1 car park), 1 set of access card. The location was easy to find food from G floor, got grocery shop and shopping centre across the street. The unit I got not include microwave. Contact PIC easy and fast reply."

"The original unit was small smelly stuffy. The pillows were dirty and smelly. The linens were smell of sweat. Hairs found on the bedsheet. The toilet seat was broken. It’s fixed after notification and changed the new pillows and pillow cases. We’re given a second room for the replacement. This room was bigger. This is a much cleaner unit. There are no plugs on the kitchen island. Terrible housekeeping. "
