"Room was great, staff were great. The only thing was the toilet got clogged easily and it took a bit of time for someone to come sort it out. Ultimately, we will probably stay here again."

"Generally, everything are in place properly, however, I highlighted 2 items to the checkout counter of my unsatisfactory encounters; 1. Reading chair right handle loose and shaking. 2. Left side Bed reading light, supposed to be flexible but worst than a robot arm…not flexible and not working well. This is a 5 star hotel"

"2nd time staying in this hotel. Room is ok, but the toilet needs a lot of upgrades. Molds all over, shower mixer and taps need replacement "

"Service was a top draw! Deco and quality were very dated in the room, however, the common areas such as reception, bar, lounge were very good. This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!! "

"Whilst a little off the main areas taxis are easy and cheap. The hotel room was great with an excellent view. The room top bar was brilliant with amazing staff. Breakfast has lots of options but a little limited on the western breakfast side. "

"The property was central to what I required for my stay in KL. The hotel lacked the provisions to be able to eat a breakfast. no fried eggs available-scramble eggs cold every day that I stayed . For Rm42 the breakfast rating is zero. One morning the breakfast Bar ran out of bake beans, why with kitchen staff on sight. My 15 day stay was great."
