"Up the hill. Fresh and cool air. Can see the mount Kinabalu. It is a 2-storeyed with wooden floor foundation upstair. Can hear the moving steps sound of people from upstair especially at night. Will disturb our sleep at mid night."

A stay in one of their 2 longhouses is a must and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. "This property is so run down physically, pictures on the website are so deceiving. Spring in bed is so bad, wooden floor creaks, you will keep waking up if you are light sleeper with any movement in bed or across the room. The stench from the toilet is awful if you forget to close the door. Hot water runs out, so you better shower fast. Staff are friendly and accommodating though and the breath taking view of the mountain from your room makes the stay here worthwhile. The management needs to...

"Very basic but excellent location v near NP entrance, and kind hosts. Wifi was pretty good when switched on. Restaurant opposite park entrance offered breakfast from 6.30. My room was rather tired with barely functioning plumbing, but perfectly adequate considering the location benefit."

"The property have no wifi, no TV, water heater handle was loose and the water is not hot. The carpet is dirty, just a very basic room with view. Base on what I have paid, this is not worth for the price."
