"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are 2 small grocery shops on the ground floor, one of them is open 24/7. I was really impressed by the view from the pool area and the gym. The property is in walking distance to public trasportation and Petrin towers for people who like to walk. The rooms do not include housekeeping but there is a washing machine and dryer in the room. I recommend this property."

"Every time we reached out to the concierges, they accommodated us and that made our stay less stressful. Thank you We however noticed that the water dispenser didn’t give cold water and the machine to iron clothes was broken. "

"We loved our stay at the Platinum Suites by SNC. The communication was good, we loved having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the view is incredible, and there is a lot of space in the apartment. It felt loke home. Full-size fridge, washer/dryer with detergent in the unit. We couldn't have asked for more!"

"Property was located in walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Didn't like the fact we specifically chose a suite with both washer and dryer and the dryer option was not enabled especially when you spend 3 weeks.. Overall, liked the property and would still stay for short period only.."

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. I would not recommend this poorly-maintained apartment to anyone. "

"Provide better instructions on retrieving keys and contact person. Leave instructions in unit on how to use water heater/ AC. We figured out at the end of the stay how to get hot water in the shower. Ensure equipment are functional and not broken. Faucet in the master bedroom was broken. "

"Very comfortable stay. Two bedroom apartment both on suite and separate toilet. Large lounge area with dining table and a separate kitchen. Washing up essentials provided but no dishwasher. Room was very tired though but clean, needs updating. Fabulous views of Kuala Lumpa. Very good choice for breakfast and plenty of it."

"The staff were amazing, their service and manner were great and very welcoming. They were very polite and felt like they respected us as a guest. I am a very frequent traveller and have experienced many buffets, the breakfast buffet at Traders was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had upto now. There was a large variety of food options and the quality was of high standard too. Overall this hotel is excellent and would recommend it very highly. "

"This was a true 5 star stay. Modern room layout had the bath in the middle with beds, sink, coffee nook and changing area on four sides. broad view of the city center from high up the building. Restaurant and room service food was top notch. And overall service was great. I needed an early morning ride to the airport and the concierge was very helpful finding me a ride. One thing to note: the lobby is at the top floor so one has to take an express elevator to the top then take another elevator down to the rooms. "

"Friendly staff, clean hotel. We were unable to go into the bar at the top floor because we hadn’t booked the most expensive room - we could access it if we paid £80/MR500, which we chose not to. It’s a shame this isn’t made clearer on booking. However, clean room, reasonably central. Pleasant stay. "
