"A comfortable 3-star level property in a great location in KL. Simply furnished rooms but a great choice at this price point. Our friends room was of similar quality but there is some variation between rooms. Our TV was internet only, theirs picked-up TV stations. Pool area and gym were pleasant additions. "In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. "The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. Seems temporary facility and segmentalized person attending check in, There seem no secure luggage storage at reception area as not a hotel. also often the case with apartment style accommodation you will find many missing cutleries you wish to have. Close to the MRT station is good advantage for matured but facility suits for young couple. "
