"While the hotel is already run down, house keeping services were good to compliment our stay. The smell of the room was damp as if it was not occupied by customer quite a while. I had to spray some air freshener before I could breath comfortably. Breakfast spread could be much better with more variety of food to keep up with the 'resort' standard."

"Grand old hotel with excellent staff. Though certain areas are showing there age the overall experience was wonderful. I personally love the detailed woodwork, marble and grand staircases. Room was large with a conformable bed. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Irvilla, Danial and Merza fir all you help and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was presented beautifully with plenty of options. Overall a great experience."

"The place is strategic and ideal budget hotel"

"Will stay here whenever I am in Labuan. Rooms are spacious and hotel condition is still good. Convenient for local food around the area with mini-marts for any last minute purchases. Only wish is for the cable TV to be reinstated. Channels available are rather limiting now. Wifi also tends to drop-off and does interrupt work . "
