"Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). Our room on the Concept (12th) floor came with a jacuzzi, and overall it was spacious and comfortable, but with some hits and misses. "Love the location of the property, away from main road and set back, not far from Brinchang town. Beautiful property ground, love our room facing the mountain! Staff was very friendly. Service and food at The Lantern Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffer was good but could improve with more rotation of different varieties of food.
