"The Room are spacious, clean and fresh. There are lots of moths, insects on the wall and on the floor. We need to cook our own breakfast, only eggs, hotdog and margarine and cooking utensils are provided. The Breakfasts are very limited, everyday the same thing. The staff are friendly. We may consider in staying Dear Dino again, if we want to travel to Cameron Highlands. Thank you. "

"We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. "I think I booked for a bigger room but was given a standard (cheaper) room. It was for 1 night, so I didn't bother. Surrounding was nice, and very near to eatery and shopping. No shoes inside, NO TV, and no coffee/tea maker in room. We need to walk down to the common pantry to make coffee or noodles. Main door closed after 10pm and opened at 8am. No security. "
