"We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. The light of the carpark room was no function and we need to open the gate and smart door in dark condition when we went back from dinner. We found cockroach at the bathroom...

"The Room are spacious, clean and fresh. There are lots of moths, insects on the wall and on the floor. We need to cook our own breakfast, only eggs, hotdog and margarine and cooking utensils are provided. The Breakfasts are very limited, everyday the same thing. The staff are friendly. We may consider in staying Dear Dino again, if we want to travel to Cameron Highlands. Thank you. "

"This hotel’s location is good, walkable distance to center of Tanah Rata. The garden is nice and the staff is helpful but there are a lot of down sides of the place: - They don’t even provide soap in the toilet which is really inconvenient for people that are staying in shared bathroom rooms like us. - the room was full of mosquitos because there is no aircon and the windows don’t have nets. - the room and all the property was cold. - the room was really really damp and smelled bad. "The Kinta Bali Villa is obviously a satisfactory hotel for your stays at Ipoh! The Owner of this Hotel is a very nice and decent business man who has provided such well-renovated and friendly-manner hotel! "I think I booked for a bigger room but was given a standard (cheaper) room. It was for 1 night, so I didn't bother. Surrounding was nice, and very near to eatery and shopping. No shoes inside, NO TV, and no coffee/tea maker in room. We need to walk down to the common pantry to make coffee or noodles. Main door closed after 10pm and opened at 8am. No security. "

"Good location to walk round and exploring the museums, food, Ipoh historic culture in the Concubine areas. It's new and clean with friendly stuffs. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Drop off/Pickup is a little bit inconvenient due to the entrance at the curve corner with short stop. I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Ipoh again."

The photos do not prepare you for the beauty of the site, the mountain backdrop and lush jungle with gently weaving paths promising so much and tempting you to explore. The caves and hot springs, picture perfect pool and all day dining. The villas are perfectly presented and provide so much more than a standard room, spacious living space and private pools, balcony over the water or furnished terrace and well stocked mini bar. The vibe at Banjaran is laid back and low pressure. Long lazy delicious breakfasts and options to relax and decompress around the site, spa, sauna, pools and places to just site and watch the world go by. At the core of the Banjaran experience are the staff who are friendly, quietly efficient and always purposeful. "

Cozy retreat.

"M boutique hotel never disappoints. This is my 4th time here. The bed is super comfortable and you can get a good night's sleep. There are coffee/tea making facilities , a fridge,safe, bathrobes etc The bathroom is tastefully decorated with sufficient toiletries. One concern is the chandelier above the bed🙃"
