"We stayed at the Park Royal for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed the staff were fantastic. They really could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded in our room which was great. We generally had breakfast at the hotel and the range of different foods to choose from was incredible. We had a couple of meals in the evening during our stay and they were equally as good, particularly the Beach BBQ which was superb. Although all the staff were superb, special mention to Fan at the infinity pool on floor 5 and to our lovely cleaning lady, Liza who did a great job during our stay. The manager met us on departure and even provided a driver to take us to the airport for our flight home. Overall we had a fabulous time at the Park Royal and look forward to returning soon."

"Wasn't quite sure what to expect however, after a warm welcome in and seeing the beautiful glowing pool area at night, I knew it was a good choice. Housekeeping folks working quickly and efficient. Everyone so friendly. The Malaysian breakfast was delicious especially with a small menu. It's only a short walk or ride to the busy beach area Many nice restaurants in whole area with inexpensive Grab rides. Fun activities and beautiful beaches near. What more could one need?"

"Very nice hotel, great value for money. Room was super clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Pool area is really nice but the sun does go behind the building late afternoon so best to be there in the morning. Breakfast was a little strange but food was decent. 10 minute walk up to the beach in Langkawi, plenty of food options around also"
