"If you stay here, you must book a sea view balcony room….the ocean view day and night is beautiful…since it’s on a public beach, you sometimes get firework show from the locals too. The bed is so comfortable and enough room to sleep three. We had minor problems with a clogged sink and a broken shampoo dispenser but that was quickly resolved once we notified housekeeping (A on the response and even tidied up our bed). "Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! As a single traveler, I sometimes feel slighted, but definitely did not feel that here! And the grounds are gorgeous! Totally recommend room 263!! It has a balcony and monkeys came right to me every morning! "

"Our stay was wonderful. Room was clean and has toiletries and slippers in case you forgot them at home. We did not have a car so parking wasn’t required but I was told that it’s difficult to find parking in Penang.
