"We could not ask for a more enjoyable stay. The staff were outstandingly pleasant and helpful. The quality and value of the food was great. The airport shuttle was excellent. The pool was excellent... very large and with comfortable sun beds We'll certainly be returning. It's much more a treat and an addition to the holiday than just an overnight rest on a long homeward journey. Thank you."

"I had such a great stay - just one night to break up the international travel - there's a brilliant swimming pool, the breakfast has everything you want and the food is good. The buggy collects you and your luggage from the 1st floor of LKIA1 - but if you have to walk it's not too far. "

Walking distance to a number of shops/ restaurants and casual friendly atmosphere. I have stayed here 3times already and must suggest to look into this hotel. "

"I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "
