"My wife and I had an excellent 3 night stay at the Grand Hyatt KL. It is situated in the heart of KLCC with nearby access to KLCC park. We booked a Deluxe Room (Tower View). Our room 2409 was stunning with floor to ceiling windows giving a view of the Petronas Towers and the park with its nightly fountain light show. It was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. This was our first visit to KL and we were very pleased that we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt."

"The front desk - Shermin was super friendly and she noticed and called out on my partner’s birthday and sent a cake to our room. This came as a lovely surprise to both of us. We enjoyed the dinner at Arthur’s and scrumptious breakfast buffet at Lemon Garden!"

"For the price I paid compared to other hotels, I was surprised to see how clean, convenient and nice the hotel was. Room size is not so big but everything is placed so thoughtfully that it doesn’t feel small and bed is king size and comfortable. Also they have the coziest and artsy environment at lobby and lounges where you can hang out with books and computers. "Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "
