" I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, which is conveniently located right in the city center — perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with excellent service."

"Great hotel and accommodation. Breakfast need to be a bit more European/ Australian oriented. Prices at restaurants a bit high. We want to mention James, at the reception to say my big THANK YOU 🙏, for his help, support and great customer service! Looking for something particular, he did his best to help as. Again -big, big THANK YOU, James !!! The best customer assistant we ever met worldwide !"

"This place is small but beautiful. The pace is slow and relaxing. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. There are activities to do each day if you want a bit of action and the equipment is all available. The timing of the scheduled activities can be a bit hit and miss but they make them available if you want them. Poolside is very relaxing. The spa treatments are wonderful with Amy but make sure you try and book them in advance. Lovely breakfasts and menu in general. A great place to relax and chill out. "
