"The owner and his wife managed very well for everything. It is fully equipments in common area ,tidy and clean room and so worth for the room rate. He can be a traveller ambassdor in Maylaysia. He shows us the specical features, animals, birds,plants ,..... from his expert travel experience within the Nationals Park. The garden was growing different kinds of the tropical plants. I and my husband enjoyed talking with him and get to know deeply the Malaysia cultural. "

"Basic but comfortable and clean. This could be a great place to stay if you have business nearby but there wouldn't be much reason to stay in this residential area otherwise. I suggest accepting airport pick up. It is not easy to find the place. Taxi driver couldn't find it and people in the neighbourhood weren't aware of it. The person who was supposed to meet us didn't answer the phone so it took a long time to get into the building."

"First off, it would appear that the owner of the apartment matters…as our apartment was lacking greatly in many areas, while other family members stayed in a tremendously better apartment in the same complex. Our apartment in fact, despite being booked months in advance, wasn’t even ready…so we stayed in a temporary setting until the one we booked was ready. "The ease of check in was very convenient as we were able to check in before the stipulated time. In terms of location, you have the convenience of being located on the river front and doorstep of a mall, but also shielded from the noise and hustle and bustle should you not be a shopping fan! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The Food and Beverages manager on the evening of Sat 16 Nov 24 was outstanding; He took the time to recommend and explain the local dishes. Jee is also worth mentioning as she went above and beyond in her service. Great place to stay - would come back again. "
