"Overall decent stay in November 2024. The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price. Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below. "I absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The staff is amazing and generally very good service. I do have some critique I would like to give. There were a ton of cobwebs on the ceiling. Given the ceilings are very high, but I feel those removed would have really made my stay a lot better.
