"We loved the tech in our room, especially the curtains opening when entering the room. Location was great & access to shopping mall & MRT was fantastic. May I politely suggest you buy commercial toasters for restaurant in place of the household toasters you use. this is our only negative comment. Everything else about the hotel is first class. thankyou for a great stay."

"Beautiful hotel located near major attractions, restaurants and the MRT (metro). The staff were always very helpful and friendly. It was a delight staying at the Pan Pacific."

"It’s very convenient as there’s 7-11 downstairs and also a bus station right outside the hotel. And opposite of it there’s a food court so there’s plenty of food selections. Just cross the road and there’s also some museums and churches which also added extra points for its convenience!"
